Industrial Park
Star Noodle opened in February with fresh noodles, sake cocktails, and Asian-inspired share plates. The first kitchen sat off the beaten track in the Lahaina Industrial Park. Locals and island guests found it anyway.
Today
Front Street
The same inventive, family-style cooking now meets ocean views at 1287 Front Street. Noodles are still rolled in-house daily. Dinner every evening, dim sum brunch on weekends.
